Thomas Chang had been a full time private tutor after graduating from National University of Singapore with a 1st Class Honours in Civil Engineering. Eternally grateful for the downturn in construction industry immediately after he graduated, he didn't pursue a career in the construction line, and hence the world loses a great civil engineer but gains a great tuition teacher in return.
