He is a patient guy who has a rich experience in teaching. Furthermore, with his past experience of a relief teacher, he is better able to engage his students through drawings or sometimes a simple logical drift that is at the students' level of understanding of the current syllabus.
Being one of his past workmate in the student care centre has allowed me to first-hand experience his teaching paradigm. His way of engaging students albeit new is commendable and I really look up to him on that.
Keep up the good work and I hope that you could continue to educate students through the simplest methods!
