"The best way to learn is to make mistakes and from there, ask better questions"
Summary
I started as a tutor since 2013 and have been teaching mostly JC H2 Chemistry and Physics.
Since started, I have been receiving good feedback from my tutees as most of them improved at B or C grade right before they take their A levels and they carried on to score an A or B grade in A levels.
The way I engage, motivate and enlighten each student is different as I believe that each student is an individual. This means that as a tutor, I will build proper rapport through asking questions and utilizing my keen observational skills, as so to know exactly how my tutees think and therefore, what works best for them.
I also like to use thought provoking questions and giving them a process to visualize and follow so that they will find my method or approach easier to master and apply to other high order questions types.
All in all, I take pride in what I do and ensure that each cent the parent pays for is justified by giving my best effort in improving the learning process of my tutees, and through repeated learning from my mistakes along the way has built my confidence in delivering the best service possible.
