main idea is to know how age difference between people works, and relate that to the ratio

For serene to be twice the age of Fahmi, Fahmi’s age must the the age difference. Hence Fahmi’s age = 23-10 = 13.
Hence n.o of years it takes = 13-10 = 3
Hence n.o of years it takes = 13-10 = 3
