3eˣ + eʸ = 10 ①
2eˣ - eʸ = 5 ②
① + ② :
3eˣ + eʸ + 2eˣ - eʸ = 10 + 5
5eˣ = 15
eˣ = 3

Sub eˣ = 3 into ①,
3(3) + eʸ = 10
9 + eʸ = 10
eʸ = 1

Therefore, 4e⁵ˣ⁺³ʸ
= 4 e⁵ˣ e³ʸ
= 4 (eˣ)⁵ (eʸ)³
= 4 (3⁵) (1³)
= 4 (243) (1)
= 972
