The first/smallest odd number is 2 less than the second odd number, 4 less than the third odd number, and 6 less than the fourth/largest odd number.
So the sum of the consecutive odd numbers is the sum of 4 times the first/smallest odd number and the amount that the first/smallest odd number is less than each of the other odd numbers.
So 112 = 4 x the first/smallest odd number + 2 + 4 + 6
So 112 - 2 - 4 - 6 = 4 x the first/smallest odd number
So the first/smallest odd number = 100/4 = 25
So the 4 odd numbers are 25, 27, 29 and 31.
