The average of the four numbers which add up to 112 is 28.
The four odd numbers must be around 28. Two of them are above 28 and two of them are below 28.
25, 27, 29, 31
The smallest one is 25.
2nd number is ⬛ + 2
3rd number is ⬛ + 2 + 2
4th number is ⬛ + 2 + 2 + 2
Total = ⬛⬛⬛⬛ + 12 = 112
⬛⬛⬛⬛ = 112 - 12 = 100
⬛ = 100 ÷ 4 = 25

So the sum of the consecutive odd numbers is the sum of 4 times the first/smallest odd number and the amount that the first/smallest odd number is less than each of the other odd numbers.
So 112 = 4 x the first/smallest odd number + 2 + 4 + 6
So 112 - 2 - 4 - 6 = 4 x the first/smallest odd number
So the first/smallest odd number = 100/4 = 25
So the 4 odd numbers are 25, 27, 29 and 31.
