You should not be using a rounded off value of 0.0133 hour as this leads to a calculation error. Always strive to use more decimals or significant figures during intermediate workings to minimise rounding errors.

Correct is a perfect 60 km/h.

Speed in km/h
= 0.8 km / (0.8 / 60) h
= 60 km/h

Agree. My bad, was trying to show the step by step method. Didn't occur to me that it would affect the ans. :)
