You should not be using a rounded off value of 0.0133 hour as this leads to a calculation error. Always strive to use more decimals or significant figures during intermediate workings to minimise rounding errors.
Correct is a perfect 60 km/h.
Speed in km/h
= 0.8 km / (0.8 / 60) h
= 60 km/h
