(a) 150g of Molybdenum is 3% of the maximum weight.
Thus the maximum weight = 100/3 * 150g = 5000g.
The answer is 5kg.
(b) For 5kg of the stainless steel, 0.030% is Sulphur.
Thus the weight of Sulphur needed = 0.030/100 * 5000g = 1.5g.
The answer is 1.5g.
