Good morning Candice! Here are my workings for this question.

i)

S and M are the midpoints of PQ and PT respectively.

Since the Midpoint Theorem states that the segment joining two sides of a triangle at the midpoints of those sides is parallel to the third side and is half the length of the third side,

SM // QT and SM = ½ QT.

The rest can be done by showing AA similarity i.e Eric's working. (Which is actually the midpoint theorem again)

By the way, the property to justify that the PSM = PTQ and PMS = PQT should be corresponding angles instead of alternate angles.

Welcome. Oh yes, same goes for the next few angles. SMR = UTR and MSR = TUR. Corresponding instead of alternate angles
