Since there is a 20% discount initially, the price of the bag would be at 100-20= 80% of the original price
since there is a further 15% discount, the final discounted price would be 100-15=85% of 80% of the original price
that would be
85/100 x 80/100 = 68/100
so the final discount from the original price is 68%
68% = $81.60
1% = $81.60 / 68 = $1.20
100% = $120
the original price is $120

It is wrong when you say "68%=$81.60"
You should change it to "68%→$81.60" because 68% is actually equal to 0.68
