=399.9
Balance =3999-399.9
=3599.1
Using simple interest formula, where A is total amount with interest
A=P(1+rt)
A= 3599.1[1+0.04(2)]
=3887.028
Monthly payment = 3887.028 ÷ 24
=161.9595
= 161.96
=399.9
Balance =3999-399.9
=3599.1
