Another method is to use similar triangles.
Since angle PQS = angle QSR and angle QPS = angle RQS, triangle PQS is similar to QSR.
QS = 5 (from Pythagoras)
QR / PS = QS / QP
QR = 3 x 5 / 4
= 3.75
Since angle PQS = angle QSR and angle QPS = angle RQS, triangle PQS is similar to QSR.

QR / PS = QS / QP
QR = 3 x 5 / 4
