Q is a 3 x 3 matrix
S = RQ = 1 x 3 matrix × 3 x 3 matrix = 1 x 3 matrix
S should be a 1 x 3 matrix instead of a 3 x 1 matrix as you have written in your answer.

In other words, the answer should be written horizontally instead of vertically.
