There's a careless mistake on my working.

Still wrong. Its ok, another tutor, Mr Roland Sim has shown the correct workings already.
When you wrote '75% - 60%' ,
you have assumed that the number of skirts and dresses is the same, which is incorrect as the question already states there are 96 more dresses than skirts.
