Knowing the above expression, express the fraction into a negative exponent. Hence, you will get (0.01)^-1.

Then, express 0.01 in terms of 10. You know that 10 to the power of -2 (10^-2) gives you 0.01.

Hence, you get (10^-2)^-1.
