I am assuming here you are unsure how to find per unit cost. So taking Butter as an example, to find per unit cost, we take 6/250 = $0.024/per gram. Since 1 cupcake uses 100g, so $0.024 * 100 = $2.40. Similar explanation for the rest.

By the way, just take note that my answer/table should be for the cost of 8 cupcakes, so you will need to divide by 8 to get the cost of one cupcake.
