Actually can use direct calculation
Volume of cylinder = 5/3 × 21 = 35L
Cause volume of conical part is 3/5 × ⅓ of cylinder.
3/5 × ⅓ = 7
3/5 = 21
5/5 = 35
Then total = 35 +7 =42L
Volume of cylinder = 5/3 × 21 = 35L
