Yes.. volume of cylinder = 4 × 8750 = 35000
Total volume = 35 + 7 = 42 L

Actually can use direct calculation
Volume of cylinder = 5/3 × 21 = 35L
Cause volume of conical part is 3/5 × ⅓ of cylinder.
3/5 × ⅓ = 7
3/5 = 21
5/5 = 35
Then total = 35 +7 =42L
