Part iv is a bit unusual, but I am very sure that A + B will be 90 degrees in the calculation if we were to use a calculator and both angles A and B are acute.

Can the last part be 1/tan (a+b)
= 1/(1/tanb) ->from part1
= tan b
=1/2

I took it that part ii and the remaining parts are not related though, since the case in part ii leads to tan B = -1/3 whereas it is given for parts iii and iv that tan B = 1/2, so I presume they are meant for different parts

In short, the equation for part ii does not hold true for parts iii and iv, since the values for tan B are not the same for parts ii and iv.
