a(x-h) ² + k
= a•x² - 2ah•x + ah²+k
= -2•x² + 3•x + 4

a = -2

2ah = -3 ⇨ h = ¾ = 0.75

ah²+k = (-2)×(¾)² + k = 4

k = 4 + ⁹⁄₈ = 5.125

f(x) = -2•(x-0.75) ² + 5.125
