b) There are two ways the mist may end up in.
(i) they combined into heavier droplets and drop like raindrops onto the floor or any surface.
(ii) if the surrounding temperature is high, they turn back to water vapour.

Case (i) is more likely happening. That's why you always see a patch of water on the floor under this situation.

you give either (i) or (ii) should be ok. no need to discuss which one is more likely as it also depends on some factors
