I have always loved hanging around kids and playing with them. I guess this came from my strong family bonds since young with my five cousins, of which three are much younger than me.

After I completed my national service obligations, I had occasionally helped out with my aunt who is a kindergarten bus driver. Out of all the part time jobs I had done, this was the one that I really loved and I was not even paid!

These children are always so full of energy and their emotional levels swing from one end to another so quickly it was always so surprising and there are always new things to learn from them. Most importantly, I feel that they give you their utmost attention when they feel you do the same.

I always believe that teaching is the best way of learning. I have always helped my peers through the years of my education. Even now in university, I try my best to teach my peers who are lagging behind and have recently helped a couple of them to score a credit in a mathematics related module. Nobody is too slow or too fast, the difference is only in the amount of effort put in.
