Summary
From my experience of teaching in a tuition centre, I had learnt that it is important to accommodate to students' need as different students require different teaching style. In addition, I had also learnt to be more observant when it comes to teaching as students may be shy when it comes to asking questions they are not clear of. I am confident that I have the skills to engage the students well. I will try to help my students to my best ability.
