My goal as a tutor is not just to aid the student in learning but to adapt his/her learning demand and forge a strong foundation. This is achieved through focusing on questions types and developing a methodological approach towards questions so that students have a framework to fall back on. My direction will be to improve and strengthen their conceptual understanding through understanding the basic theories and applications behind the concepts. Having attained A at H2 Math and A1 for both A&E Math, I believe I will be able to confidently teach the subjects. I have also taught a J1 H2 Math student for a year and her grades have improved significantly.
