Area of triangle = 1/2 x base x height
Area of parallelogram = parallel side x height
Take PQ to be the base of the triangle. Note that PQ is also the parallel side of the parallelogram. By comparison, both the triangle PQT and parallelogram PSRQ have the same height.
Hence the area of PSRQ is 120 x 2 = 240 cm square
