Sample mean = μ = 25
Sample standard deviation / standard error = σ / √n = 3/√20 ≈ 0.6708
P(sample mean of 20 students > 26.3 hours)
= 1 - P(sample mean of 20 students ≤ 26.3 hours)
= 1 - 0.973687442958 (you can use GC to do this if it's used in your course. I used an online stat calculator)
= 0.026312557042
≈ 0.0263
The closest is option 4.
