Rotation about origin doesn't change the magnitude of the vector. So if OA is rotated about origin to OE which lies on negative x-axis, it means that OE is a vector in neg x direction with same magnitude of OA, which can be found out from (-3,4) and (0,0) as 5 units.
Hence OE would be (-5,0). Let me know if there is any confusion
