For cis-trans you will need the two different substituents on each C of the C = C bond.
And there will be two identical substituents on opposite Cs
And there will be two identical substituents on opposite Cs
So there is no cis-trans isomerism for the second alkene, since the top one can be flipped vertically to get to the bottom one.
