Qns 3b is because a^2-b^2 is (a+b)(a-b)
hence u need to separate them first and then make both fractions to have the same denominator
Qns 3c is factorising the 2 out and simplifying the expression.then u need to make both fractions to have same denominator and hence u switch the sign to + and 3-x becomes x-3
