You got to use a ruler to measure when you draw this triangle, with the given measurements.
First, draw the base BC of 7cm.
Next, measure 3cm at B, that point will be D, as BD =3cm
Just like the sketch diagram, BD is on the same line as BC.
After this, use a ruler at point D to measure 8 cm. This will be the height of the triangle ABC. You can then connect all the points and measure accordingly.
