180 is correct for part b. In my earlier working, Tank Y's Mollies has been changed to 4 units at first. Therefore, Tank Y at first is 4x5 =20. As tank X has 9 times of Tank Y's mollies at first, so Mollies at tank X at first will be 9 x 20 / 180( Ans).
