The table is the working for checking the smallest number of packets of each type of candy to be able to pack into bags of 3 chocolates and 2 lollipops without any leftover.
For chocolate, the smallest number is 3 packets. So that 15 chocolates can be packed into 5 bags. But not possible for lollipops to have no leftover.
