At the bottom right of the paper there a arrow indicating N telling you where the north is so as long as u apply the arrow that I've drawn on the question where appropriate you should be able to get the answer

We placed this arrow in the centre of the map?
Place/imagine the arrow to be where the from location is. Draw and arrow to the destination you're finding. Then you should be able to get the ans.
