Take x as total number of girls
Take y as total number of stickers

Case 1: average number of sticker is 92 if the total number of stickers is 10 pieces more. Hence the equation will be
92 = (y + 10)/x

Case 2: average number of stickers is 89 is the total number of stickers is 8 pierces less. Hence the equation will be
89 = (y-8)/x

Solve these two equations you will get x = 6, which means that there are 6 girls in total.
