Let the longer dotted line be “x” and the shorter dotted line be “y”
Since they are identical semicircles.....
22+x=x+12+y
y=22-12+x-x
=10
Diameter = 16+2y
=16+2(10)
=36cm
Perimeter = 2.5[πx36cm]+2(22cm)+2(12cm)+16cm
=366.7cm

It’s 2.5 because it forms 2 complete circle and a semi-circle.
