Hi, how did you get μ=0 in your graph? Is it because of your equation 10000-50n-6.979041 √n>0?
What does the trial and improvement from the question mean? Does it mean the table that we use to refer from the GC?
Is it acceptable if I use GC to invNorm(0.99,0,1) and compare from GC?
"trial and improvement" means guess and check...
The mean of Z is always zero. The graph I drew refers to Z, so the miu is zero. If is for distribution T, then the miu is 50n.
I used invNorm (0.99, 0, 1) too. And must use this, coz the mean and std dev of T has n inside, must change to Z. You observe carefully, where the T is changed to Z...
