Let $x be cost of shirt.

Because shirt is 1/4 the price of jacket, each jacket costs $4x.

8 jackets * $4x + 24 shirts * $x = $3,360

$32x + $24x = $3,360
x = $60

Cost of a jacket is $4x = $60 * 4 = $240.

Hope this helps.
