To convert to 24 hours clock, starting from 1pm to 11pm, you can add 12 to get the 24 hour clock, example:
1 pm --> 1+12 = 13, hence 1pm = 1300 hours

Alternative is to count your way up :
Intervals of 6 minutes from 6pm :
6pm, 6.06pm, 6.12pm, 6.18pm, 6.24pm, 6.30pm
Next bus is at 6.30pm (1830 hours)
