For (a) it is square root of 64 divided by 8 which is 2cm.
For (b) we find out the the sum of remaining straight lines of paper which is 16cm. Then we find out the circumference of the circles which 1 and 3/4 of one normal circle. The answer is 21.98. Then we add 16 and it is 31.98.
