answer is wrong correct ans is x=3 or c=5

Nope it is correct. Substitute my values of x into the equation. 3 or 5 doesn't work in the equation.

When you use x = ln2 + 1 into the equation above, you will get a value very close to 0, which means the answer is correct. Double check your answer again. It is not free of errors.
