May I know what you don't understand about the question? It's literally:
(a) Get graph paper.
(b) Draw the x and y axes according to the given scale.
(c) Draw 4 lines.
They are meant to help you get used to the idea of x-intercept, y-intercept and gradient. I sketched what you should be doing for 1ai.
y = -2x + 5
When x = 0, y = 5. So y-intercept is 5.
When y = 0,
0 = -2x + 5
2x = 5
x = 5/2. So x-intercept is 2 and a half.
You now have 2 points. Draw a line connecting the 2 points. Done.
