Very detailed and easy to understand
Hopefully you should be able to see by now that the working (excellent drawing and use of model by AC by the way) can be summarised into the following single-step:
Area of big quarter circle - area of small quarter circle - area of rectangle
= 154 - 38.5 - 98
= 17.5
