the question states that the particle P is initially at the origin. the area under the velocity-time graph gives us the distance that it has travelled.

in the description of the motion of the particle, you can add that the particle starts at the origin, and at t = 15, is at its furthest distance from the start point. however, without actual figures, we are not able to tell what is the distance travelled, and whether it reaches back to the original start point.

without any info on the marks allocation, it is difficult to say how much you should write for the description of the particle motion. what i have written in the answer is probably a bit on the high side.
