Equal concept question. Make the numerator the same
Danny : 1/2 = 2/4
Comparing to 2/3 (Jeff)
From the denominator, we can say Jeff has 3 units and Danny 4 units.
2 units out of Danny's 4 units are equal to 2 units out of Jeff's 3 units.
Total = 3 + 4 = 7 units
$126 = 7 units
1 unit = $126 ÷ 7 = $18
Jeff has 3 units
= $18 x 3
= $54
Comparing to 2/3 (Jeff)
From the denominator, we can say Jeff has 3 units and Danny 4 units.
2 units out of Danny's 4 units are equal to 2 units out of Jeff's 3 units.
