This question is a scam. Since P is the midpoint of BC, the actual diagram is closer to this, which we can tell immediately that the ratio is 1:4. Alternatively, by similar triangles, ARQ must be 1/2*1/2=1/4 of the whole ABC. Similarly, so are BPR and COP. Then PQR is just 1-1/4-1/4-1/4=1/4. So the ratio is 1:4
