(4/3) π [(2.2)^3] - (4/3) π [(2)^3] = A
A is the volume of paint for one ball in cm3.
A x 48 x 10 = B
B is the volume of paint required for 480 balls in cm3
B/1000=C
C is the volume of paint required for 480 balls in litres. Remember 1cm3=1ml=0.001L that’s why you divide B by 1000.
