So, do I just use the graph to answer or GC to find the answer?
They asked you to sketch.
Have you tried sketching it?
It will probably be easy to find the solutions because the won't make the question difficult.
You should just sketch.
Then if you want, use a graphing calculator to check.

I think if you are allowed to have the GC, you should use it and then sketch out what you see.
