As equal number of boys and girls left,
The difference remained the same
143-45=98
9-2=7
98 / 7 = 14
14 x 11 = 154

Thank you
Can I ask, how do you identify whether the question is asking remaining left in the hall or leave the hall? Because your working is based on remaining left in the hall.
Oops, sorry. I read as “left in the hall”
So the answer is just 14. Am I right?
